Data controller

The controller of personal data is Klub Sportowy Fabrykanci Łódź, based in Łódź, ul. Srebrzyńska 97/31, 94-203 Łódź, Poland.

What data we collect

Through the team registration form for the Fabrykant Tournament we collect data such as:

• team name,
• first and last name of the contact person,
• e-mail address,
• phone number (optional),
• estimated number of players (optional),
• additional notes submitted in the form (optional).

Providing the data marked as required is necessary to register a team. The remaining fields are optional.

Purpose and legal basis

We process personal data to handle your team registration, to contact you about participation and to organise the event. The legal basis for processing is the user’s consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by ticking the relevant box in the registration form.

Data retention

We store the data for as long as necessary to carry out the registration and organise the tournament, and then for the period required by law or until consent is withdrawn — no longer than 3 years after the end of the given tournament edition.

Your rights

Every person whose data is processed has the right to:

• access their data,
• rectify it,
• erase or restrict its processing,
• withdraw consent at any time.

Data sharing

Data is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes. It may only be entrusted to entities supporting the organisation of the tournament (e.g. e-mail providers), under data processing agreements. Data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area.
